Can you get what you need from food—or is a supplement the better choice? Join Iris oncology dietitian Stephanie Meyers, MS, RD, LDN, for a live virtual event exploring how nutrients like vitamin D, omega-3s, turmeric, and probiotics show up in both foods and supplements—and what to know about each.
Stephanie will share expert insight into how these nutrients support cancer care and recovery, plus practical ways to incorporate them into your meals.
Then, cook along as she demos Sweet & Savory Glazed Tempeh—a protein-rich, fermented food that supports gut health and digestion. You’ll learn a simple steam-and-bake method to reduce bitterness and boost flavor, with a pantry-friendly glaze that brings it all together.
Whether you’re curious about probiotics in food or wondering if a supplement is really necessary, this session will help you feel more informed—and inspired in the kitchen.
Don’t miss the opportunity to learn, cook, and connect—Reserve your spot now to join us live and to get access to the on-demand recording after the event airs.
