Join us for a virtual cooking demonstration with oncology dietitian Stephanie Meyers! This month we’re making Harvest Quinoa Bowls—a nutrient-packed recipe perfect for the fall season.
Rich in fiber, phytonutrients, vitamins, and plant-based protein, these bowls are easy to customize and a budget-friendly way to add more immune-boosting foods to your diet.
During the event, you’ll learn tips for meal prep and how to modify ingredients to suit your flavor preferences and nutritional needs. Whether eating feels challenging right now or you’re just looking for some new ideas, join us to learn how build-a-bowl meals are a practical, delicious, and time-saving solution.
