Does it feel like your body temperature goes from 0 to 60 in a flash, leaving you with an unexpected heatwave? Now’s the time to shift gears and regain control. Join our oncology experts, Lindsay Boudinot, RN, and Stephanie Meyers, RD, for a dedicated event aimed at managing hot flashes.

Lindsay will guide you through the underlying causes of hot flashes and explain how treatments might intensify these temperature fluctuations. Stephanie will then provide nutritional tips and strategies to help dial down the heat. Together, they’ll share lifestyle modifications to keep you cool and comfortable.

Buckle up and register for our interactive event. You’ll have the opportunity to ask our experts your burning questions—either in advance or live during the session. Don’t miss this chance to put the brakes on hot flashes.
